Mike, thank you so very much for doing this. I suppose the person/s who took down her blog had good reason to do so, but she meant so very much to a lot of people in the blogosphere it would be a crying shame to see her words gone forever.
This way, a little piece of her lives on and will do so forever. I think she would have liked that.
For better or worse she bared her soul on here and touched so many people in the process. I think it’s important for those of us that didn’t know her in “real” life, have a place to come and remember her and keep her memory alive.
I had no idea that the site had be fiddled with since Hunni’s departure. She had said her last post peace and I let her know my appreciation and support for her, so there was no reason for me to return.
But I knew others would find great strength and courage in her posts and was pleased that blog would remain as a testament to her and the battle millions of people face with cancer. It saddens me that others felt that her blog needed to change when she had ended it so beautifully.
Thank you Mike for restoring her story for others to gain knowledge and wisdom from.
